Standard Video Tape Transfer
VHS, VHS-C, SVHS, SVHS-C, Video 8, Hi8, Digital 8, Mini DV,
Mini DVD Disc. Betamax (Tape Format NTSC) PAL VHS, VHSC, Digital 8
Processing (set-up):
* Up to 2 hours of video per tape (For tapes over 2 hours see below)
* Time Base Correction is used to help eliminate time base errors
* The video tape is captured directly to an uncompressed video file
* Blank video is removed from the beginning and end of the file
* Cropping is applied to help eliminate tracking lines
* Audio filtering process is applied to normalize and remove most hiss from tape
Additional process for MP4 File
* The file is then converted to MP4 H.264 video file
* De-interlace is applied to help minimize artifacts and enhance the video
* Files are loaded onto your supplied USB hard drive or stick
Output to Instant Play DVD no Menu:
This is a great option if you do not know what is on the video tape
or do not need a menu. The DVD will start when inserted and stop at the end.
This option
includes chapter marks every 10 minutes.

Output to Master DVD with Menu:
This option includes an opening menu with a custom title and chapter marks every 10 minutes. Tapes must be numberd and a typed list included with a tape number and title for each tape. Please note, if a title sheet is not included the menu will be Family Videos and the tape number.
