I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the quick turn-around on my project. It made it in time for my wife's birthday! My wife was brought to tears as she listened to her own voice at 2 and a half years old. Also, both her deceased mother's voice and deceased father's voice were on the reels. She lost her Dad when she was only 16 in a bad motorcycle accident, and her mother a short time after to early onset Alzheimer's. To hear their voices again after 50 years was priceless to her. I had an audio cassette tape with a recording from 1979. I had not listened to it in more than 30 years, and the precious recording was deteriorating. I entrusted this tape to Midwest Productions, and they not only saved it, but created an MP3 file with very high quality noise reduction that sounds like it was recorded yesterday. We wanted to tell everyone associated with Midwest Productions about the service you performed for us.We have an original copy (reel to reel) tape recording of our wedding ceremony, This September 13,2008 we will be celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we were trying to find some place where we could have this  transferred to a CD.I called the Des Plaines Library and was directed to the Reference Dept. a very nice man there (Bob) listened to our needs, took our phone number and said he would get back to us. He did so within 10 minutes and directed us to your company. I guess he was the first link in this chain of events, anyway I called and spoke to a very nice young woman named Laura. Laura was very helpful and we made arrangements to have the tape picked up, transferred to CD and delivered back to our house. This was all finished in one week. When we received the CD of course we had to be together to hear this (we had never heard this before) you have no idea how the memories came rushing back to us, We knew exactly what was happening and who was walking down the aisle and when it was the Bride (me) walking down the aisle with my Dad, we both shed tears of joy upon hearing this. We will be using your services again there's no doubt about it, maybe we'll have pictures from our Family Celebration put on a CD. I just wanted to let you know that for some reason, I wasn't expecting to see my CD till about Monday, and the day before yesterday, you e-mailed and said that you were shipping my CD that day, which was on Thursday. Well, yesterday (Friday) I met my mailman at the mailbox, he had this package and I thought to myself that that couldn't be my CD, but it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well to make a long story, I received my CD yesterday and today(Saturday) I made an old man cry with it!!!!  No, I didn't beat him up.! The old man that I am speaking about would be my dad, and he didn't know that I had taped some of his practice sessions and compiled them on tape and sent the tape to you guys to put those songs on CD so I could present the CD to my dad on his 60th birthday on Saturday, today, and I presented him with the "First Album", I thought that he was gonna cry thru the whole album, but you could tell he was fighting the tears all the way from song 1 to song 12. Thank you so much, Midwest Productions, for the album to CD transfers you made for me last week.  As I had told you, my dad has been hospitalized for the past month with lung cancer surgery.  He is not progressing well.  The albums, " Atchison 's Own Rivermen", were of a group Dad was in back in the 1960's. We had been unable to locate any of the albums until my aunt moved from her home a couple of months ago.  She had two of the four the group made. I took the CD's to Dad the day I received them.  I told him they were additional breathing therapies for him, as he would have to sing along.  He did!  He also proceeded to tell all the nurses and techs about the albums.  His night nurse told me she had not seen him smile so much the entire time he had been hospitalized. The CD's are also a big hit with Dad's eight kids.  We have very fond memories of the Rivermen, and lots of singing around our home.  Again, a huge THANK YOU to Midwest Productions for processing the CD's.  The quality is great, and the covers are excellent. I cannot articulate how meaningful what you and your team have created. By your attention to detail, composition, and honest concern for the outcome of the project, you have managed to link me and my sister back to a life we once had. Your choice of music was perfect, the restoration of color was fantastic. You and your team some how brought us so close to the images and sounds that all senses allowed a revival of family memories, emotions and in some instances, I thought I could smell the air in the scenes. Being able to hear and see my father again in such professional film production is indescribable.

What you do is a gift like no other, you allow people to view the poetry of their lives unfolding before them, letting images, sounds, strategically placed music and composites of film present themselves in a way that allows all viewers to feel as if they are watching a million-dollar production on a silver screen. There is no way to do that without your team getting engaged in the films themselves and taking the responsibility to portray what they are given in the best possible light. They have succeeded.
I cannot thank you enough, please thank you team for putting in such an incredible amount of effort and stopping at nothing to produce perfection in only 2 weeks!

I have just finished watching the dvd you made of our 16mm film of our church's building and dedication. My first impression was how remarkable the color film from 1954 has stood up to the test of time.
As I was watching, however, I was moved so deeply by the quality of the dvd picture and the background music you provided. I cannot thank you enough for your work on our film.

I handed over (very reluctantly) 8mm films of my husband's family going back to 1956. I decided to have the films put on DVD's as a Christmas present for my husband and his sister. The reason I mentioned reluctantly is my husband had said he was afraid to let the films go in case something happened to them. So here I go taking them and handing them over to a person I had never met before. But for some reason I knew from speaking to you on the phone and then meeting you the films were in good hands. In a weeeks time you were calling to tell me they were complete. Then I had the hard job of keeping quiet until Christmas Eve. When the DVD was played there was screaming and lauging from my sister-in-law and complete silence and utter shock from my husband. They were both so thrilled and touched at the quality of the DVD that was made from very old film. The background music is wonderful and the way you were able to restore some of the quality is amazing. As I told you I have your business cards all over my house
